The SBH Series is the new introduction to the Powertech range Heavy Duty Spring Balancers.
These Spring Balancers come in a standard travel reach and a long reach. The design of the SBH Series has been perfected into the most advanced Spring Balancer available. The enclosed design of an Aluminum Die Cast Body and cover plate for greater strength, safety of the operator and a smooth powder coat finish. Within the die cast body is the Tapered designed drum to provide effortless operation when the wire rope is extended or retrieved. The vertical positioning of the spring tension allows easy adjustment of the balancer whilst in the operating position. The upper top hook is forged and fitted with a safety spring and also swivels 360 degrees. The bottom hook is high strength alloy steel for the proper securing of tools and equipment. On the top of the balancer is a secondary support cable point where a safety chain can be attached in the unlikely failure of the top hook. |
