ST Series Grooving Tools, also known as Serrating Tools, can be used manually to clean up existing grooves or can be used in milling or drilling equipment for OEM tube sheet thicknesses of 7/8” (22.2mm) through 2-1/8” (54.0mm). The ST Series Grooving Tools feature a one-piece mandrel design to significantly improve performance and accuracy. Using standard ST Series cutter bits allow for repeatable, accurate cuts from tube sheet hole to tube sheet hole.
The NW Series allows changing of the pilot nose and cutter allows one tool to cover a range of sizes. |

| Tube End Facers are the ideal tool for quick facing of projecting tube ends in heat exchangers, condensers and boilers. One size of tool is suitable on multiple tube thicknesses by interchanging the pilot bearings which come with each tool. By quickly adjusting the depth gauge many tubes can soon be faced to the exact projection required. Tool bits are for either Ferrous or non-ferrous applications and spare tool bits are always available. With the FB Series the tool bit can be reversed therefore it doubles its life. |
